This project investigates and assesses the maturity level of ICT in Nigeria’s primary health sector, which has long been plagued by controversy and underdevelopment. The objective is to measure the sector’s ICT maturity level. A structured questionnaire was administered to a sample of 200 staff and administrative personnel, and the data was analyzed using SPSS. Frequency distribution and statistical tables were employed to ensure validity, reliability, and statistical significance. The results indicate that ICT has had a positive impact on the sector, but its maturity level remains at an emerging stage, requiring significant growth and development to harness the full potential of the Internet of Things and drive innovation and invention.
