Pension is an impact of British investment into Nigerian’s economic system. The workers (employee) both in public and private sector of an economy are entitled to benefits after retirement from an active service. So a pension scheme is a planned program which enables corporate organizations to acquire and set aside funds to carter for well being of their staff.
Perhaps, this topic “The Study of Impact and implications of restructuring the Nigerian Pension Scheme (a case study of Enugu State) aimed at identifying a better ways by which the government of Enugu State will use their resources to restructure the payment of pension and gratuity for officers in concern.
Chapter one of this research is talking about the introduction and background of the topic. And it is also talking about the contributory plan, the organization that runs pension fund.
Chapter two, in this chapter, we review the literature and talk about the historical development of pension scheme, the legal framework and the problem associated with the present record management.
While chapter three will talk about the research design and the methodology, we will talk about how we are going to source out data or information that will enable us carry on with the research.
And chapter four is concerning the data presentation and analysis, testing of hypothesis, interpret it and show the results.
Finally, we talk about the findings in chapter five. How we found out our data and information then conclude it. Show the bibliography and appendix.
The researcher aim of writing this project was achieved by her objectives i.e. the study of impact and implication of restructuring the Nigerian Pension Scheme, (A case study of Enugu State). The researcher found out how pension are being paid in Nigeria and the people responsible for the payment.
Chapter one of this project talked about the information of pension scheme, the contribution plan and organization responsible for that.
Chapter two talked about the literature review that is the historical background and development of pension scheme.
While Chapter four discussed about the research methodologies, design of research, data presentation and analysis of it.
Finally, what I discussed in chapter five was the summary, findings and conclusion of the whole matter.
