Abstract

The focus of this study is “The Impact of Staff Training and Development on the Enhancement of Growth and Productivity of an Organization.” Chapter One introduces the study by outlining the problem statement, purpose, hypotheses, significance, scope, and limitations, along with definitions of key terms. Chapter Two reviews relevant literature, discussing critical concepts, facts, and insights from various authors on employee training and development.
